Warranty and repair

If your recent purchase has a manufacturing defect, or when you are having difficulties with the installation instuctions, please contact our shop. This goes for older products as well.

When the product is found truly broken, you can send it to us for repair. Please include a note with the problems you are experiencing. Don't forget to include your own name and contact details.

Of course we will inform you during this procedure about any possible costs for repair.

In the past we have had various conflicts with DHL as a carrier, so we would like to ask you not to send anything with DHL.

Leen APK has a warranty period of 12 months, for the exact warranty conditions we would like to refer you to our terms of delivery.
