Delivery
Packages are generally insured and dispatched with tracking within 1 day of receiving your payment.
If the product you ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase, the average time before we can ship is about one week.
- Within the Netherlands, you can expect delivery in 1 - 2 business days.
- Within Europe, delivery takes 3 - 5 business days.
Further delivery time depends on the courier.
Packages outside Europe are shipped by airmail.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. These costs are also displayed during the ordering process.

Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: FREE shipping for orders over €200.
